Moroccan Culinary Experience: Cooking with Expert Dadas in Rabat

Immerse yourself in the rich culinary traditions of Morocco with our hands-on cooking class, held in a professional studio in the heart of Rabat. Guided by expert dadas— Moroccan women chefs, guardians of the Moroccan culinary traditions—you’ll learn to prepare authentic Moroccan dishes, from iconic tagines to delicate pastries, using traditional techniques and fresh, local ingredients.

During this immersive experience, you’ll master the art of balancing spices, crafting intricate doughs, and slow-cooking flavorful dishes that capture the essence of Moroccan cuisine. Alongside cooking, our chefs will share stories and cultural insights, giving you a deeper connection to the food you create.

At the end of the session, sit down to enjoy the delicious meal you’ve prepared, accompanied by traditional Moroccan mint tea. Whether you’re a foodie, a traveler, or simply curious about Moroccan culture, this class offers a unique blend of flavor, culture, and hands-on learning.

As a special bonus, we offer one month of free access to our online platform FlavorsofMorocco.com, where you can continue exploring Moroccan cuisine through exclusive online courses. Additionally, each participant will receive a unique Moroccan Mandala booklet, a beautiful way to extend this cultural and culinary experience.
