🥘 Option 1: 3-Hour Moroccan Cooking Session

Dive into Morocco’s culinary heritage with this immersive, hands-on workshop in our professional studio in the heart of Rabat. You’ll prepare a full Moroccan meal, from appetizers to dessert, and discover the secrets of spices, techniques, and traditions.

What you’ll do:
> Prepare authentic Moroccan appetizers (e.g., zaalouk or taktouka)
> Cook a classic Moroccan tagine (chicken with preserved lemons and olives, beef tagine with prunes or vegetarian tagine)
> Create a traditional dessert (e.g., jawhara or mahlabia)
> Learn the ritual of Moroccan mint tea during a live tea ceremony
> Sit down together to enjoy the meal you’ve created
> The meal is served with cookies, soft drinks, and homemade signature juices
