Class Lineup

Week 1: Moroccan Salads

9 September | 18h00 - 20h00
Kick off the series with a colorful celebration of Moroccan starters. You’ll prepare a variety of cooked and raw salads, including zaalouk (eggplant), taktouka (tomato & pepper), and a refreshing cucumber-tomato mix. Learn how to season and present them the traditional way—perfect for summer dining.

Week 2: Baked Fish with Vegetables

16 September | 18h00 - 20h00
Discover the beauty of Morocco’s coastal flavors in this session dedicated to tagra-style baked fish. You’ll learn to season fresh fish with chermoula, layer it with vegetables, and bake it to perfection. A delicious, healthy, and festive dish for family gatherings.

23 September | 18h00 - 20h00
A true showstopper of Moroccan cuisine, the chicken pastilla blends sweet and savory in perfect harmony. You’ll learn how to work with warqa pastry, prepare the fragrant filling, and shape this elegant pie layered with chicken, eggs, and almonds, dusted with cinnamon and sugar.

Week 4: Almond Sweets – Briwats & Mhencha

30 September | 18h00 - 20h00
End the series on a sweet note with two iconic Moroccan almond pastries. You’ll prepare briwats—crisp, golden phyllo triangles—and mhencha, a beautiful coiled pastry. Both are filled with fragrant almond paste and finished with syrup or powdered sugar.
