Class Lineup
Week 1: Fekkas - Moroccan biscotti

Join us for a delicious hands-on session where you'll learn how to prepare two versions of fekkas, Morocco’s beloved twice-baked cookies. You'll make one with toasted nuts and dried fruits, and another delicately flavored with lemon zest. Lightly sweetened and infused with orange blossom water, these crisp cookies are perfect for tea time.
Week 2: Halwat Louz - Almond cookies

In this elegant session, you'll explore two versions of halwat louz, Morocco’s iconic almond-based sweet. Shaped by hand, beautifully decorated, and delicately scented with orange blossom water, these melt-in-your-mouth treats are perfect for special occasions.
Week 3: Ghribas - Crinkle cookies

Master the art of making ghriba, Morocco’s classic crumbly cookie. You’ll prepare two varieties: one made with almonds, the other with peanuts. Lightly sweet and often dusted with powdered sugar, these cookies are simple yet beloved in every Moroccan household.
Week 4: Sablés - butter cookies

Learn how to make tender, buttery Moroccan sablés, perfect for decorating and gifting. In this workshop, you’ll prepare jam-filled versions and chocolate-dipped sablés topped with walnuts. Versatile and customizable, they’re a staple of Moroccan pastry platters.

Our Moroccan cooking classes are conducted in Darija (Moroccan Arabic). If you require a translator in English or French, an additional fee of 100 MAD per reservation will apply (covering all members of your group).
