Class Lineup

Week 1: Moroccan Salads

Start the series with vibrant Moroccan salads, showcasing fresh local ingredients and balanced flavors. You’ll prepare:

  • Beetroot salad

  • Fennel salad

  • Purslane salad

Week 2: Beef Tagine with Caramelized Fruits

Discover the richness of Moroccan slow-cooked beef tagine, enhanced with caramelized fruits. Tender meat, aromatic spices, and naturally sweet fruits create a perfect balance of flavors in this traditional centerpiece.

Week 3: Seffa Madfouna with Vermicelli

Master Seffa Madfouna with vermicelli, a luxurious Moroccan sweet dish. Fluffy steamed vermicelli is delicately flavored, layered with butter, and garnished with an elegant mix of dried fruits and almonds—a festive, sweet-savory delight perfect for special occasions.

Week 4: Almond Briwats + Mhencha

End the series on a sweet note by preparing two classic Moroccan desserts: almond briwats and mhencha. Learn to shape, fill, and decorate these melt-in-your-mouth pastries, delicately scented with orange blossom water, perfect for special occasions.

If you require translation into English or French, an additional fee of 100 MAD per reservation will apply (covering all members of your group).
