Parents & Children Workshop: Moroccan Shortbread Cookies

During this hands-on Moroccan shortbread workshop, children will enjoy a joyful morning preparing delicious heart-shaped cookies filled with strawberry jam — a classic treat that is just as fun to make as it is to enjoy.

Guided by our Dada, children will learn step by step how to prepare a tender shortbread dough, roll it out, cut out shapes, and carefully fill and assemble their cookies with a flavorful strawberry jam. Once baked, they will add the finishing touches to make their cookies even more delicious and personalized.

This workshop is designed as a playful learning experience. Children will explore textures and aromas, develop fine motor skills through rolling, cutting, and filling the dough, and express their creativity by decorating their cookies. Each cookie will be unique, made with care and imagination.

The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and joyful — perfect for helping children build confidence in the kitchen while having fun with friends. At the end of the workshop, each child will leave with a box of homemade cookies, big smiles, and sweet culinary memories.
