Get ready for Ramadan with a hands-on cooking class focused on two iconic Moroccan breakfast and snack staples: baghrir (thousand-hole pancakes) and harsha (semolina flatbread). In this session, you’ll learn how to achieve the perfect textures, balance flavors, and master cooking techniques for golden, fluffy results every time.
From mixing and resting the batter for light, airy baghrir to preparing and cooking harsha to perfection, this class will guide you step by step through essential techniques for Ramadan prep. You’ll also learn tips for serving, pairing with honey or butter, and preparing ahead to make ftour easy and enjoyable.
These versatile dishes are perfect for ftour, family meals, and sharing with friends during the holy month.

If you require translation into English or French, an additional fee of 100 MAD per reservation will apply (covering all members of your group).
